About Me

I’ve completed an immersive, in-depth clinical four-year training at The Bowlby Centre, London.

I work with individual adults (18+) in person in Shoreditch (London) and Bishop’s Stortford (Hertfordshire). I also offer online therapy via Zoom. Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place once, twice a week or more frequently, depending on what feels most supportive.

Initially, I offer three sessions to provide an opportunity for me to get to know you, for you to get a sense of what it might feel like for us to work together, and for us to explore if I am the right therapist for you.

As an attachment-based therapist, I offer long-term, open-ended therapy, which may last for months or years, or however long you wish to continue. This allows time for us to build a strong, collaborative relationship, work deeply, and create a secure base for meaningful change.

I regard each client as a unique individual, meeting you where you are, in your own lived experience. I aim to approach each person with openness and respect, without bias across all facets of identity and difference — including race, nationality, culture, gender identity, sexual orientation, class, ability, and religion.

As well as my private practice, I also have experience working as an honorary psychotherapist within the NHS Hertfordshire Partnership Trust as part of The Forensic and Learning Disability Service.

I am a registered member of The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their code of ethics. Membership no. 413005

I am also a member of The Bowlby Centre, a member organisation of the UKCP, and abide by their code of ethics.

I engage in ongoing professional development as required by the BACP, as part of my commitment to safe, ethical, and thoughtful practice.
